- Designate a set place for your keys, phone, wallet, purse. Mark that spot with an X or a flashing neon sign if you have to. Just make it your go-to spot for the things you need when you walk out the door.
- Set tonight’s bedtime. Think of an early bedtime as a reward for your long day.
- Design a simple ritual to help you start or end your day. Think of your physical actions as messengers to your brain. They can help you wake up or calm down.
