Do you need to create more connections? What will your personality and your schedule let you do today to improve your Quality of Life?

  • Do you have an interest in dancing, rock collecting, quilting or anything else? There are probably other people in your community that have that same interest and have a meeting about it. Check your local rec center for classes or Google your hobby for local meetups.
  • Is that too formal? Can you walk around your neighborhood or work area without the phone or the earbuds and smile at other people? That’s a connection, too.
  • Think you have no common ground with other people? Try reading the compassion exercise.
